Shilpa has diverse experience with InfosysIT, Data Privacy Council, IP Council  and leads ITGeneral Controls and Robotic process Automation COE for InfosysIT. She was catalyst for Agile and DevSecOps program at InfosysIT. The program, which was accompanied by technology shift to open source for InfosysIT, trained 1k+ strong workforce on agile methodology, along with certification of 5 Agile coach and 50+ scrum masters and has led to adoption of Infosys Development Platform across 7 different technologies for 600+ pipelines. In span of 3 years, the program has given result of 2X productivity improvement, 3X velocity improvement, 75% lead time improvement and 25% reduction in tickets.
 
Apart from her technology work, she is part of Samaritan network at INFOSYS for employee welfare and IWIN, INFOSYS platform to mentor future women leaders at INFOSYS.
