Disney uses agile DevOps/SRE practices and new technologies to accelerate the business. However, the key to growth, staying relevant and delivering great experiences requires leadership.  Building leadership pipelines is as important as pipelines for code. This presentation will look at true stories from several growing leaders from across Disney who began their adventure through Disney’s Technology Management Rotation program and are now helping transform their businesses by shipping guest delighting content, experiences and products in ways that are better, faster, safer and happier.  

The intent is to tell a story that entertains, has practical benefit to the community and encourages those facing similar challenges to develop their own leadership talent programs. Join us on this enchanted Disney journey and hopefully you too will be inspired to make a positive difference and create some magic along the way.
